Traditional Dog Daycare

Thanks to our Spotlight Day, your pup will have a chance to experience our facility, meet our staff, and we will have a chance to see which environment and program is best suited for your dog’s personality, temperament, and play style. This will help us determine if they are a better fit for Traditional Daycare, Enrichment Daycare, or Solo Enrichment Daycare.

We provide Cheerios during enrichment activities, but if your dog has food allergies or if
they prefer a higher value treat then you are welcome to bring owner provided treats from
home.

Both include group play all day, however, enrichment daycare includes a pre-set list of
activities (some more treat based, some more physically engaging while using treats using
treats as motivation). In this process dogs get pulled from the group one at a time to have
their turn with the counselor (about 3-5 minutes each round), then they go back into the
group once their turn is over and participate more in group play. Traditional daycare is
group play only with no enrichment activities included. Traditional dogs have a longer nap
period (from 10am-1:10pm) to avoid over-exertion or overstimulation. Enrichment dogs
have a nap period as well (from 12:15pm-1:10pm), but there’s is shorter because they have
those physical breaks from the group where they can have more mental stimulation and a
break from physical activity.

1. **Select a Membership Package**: Simply click here to view our range of membership options. Take your time to choose the package that best suits your family’s requirements.

2. **Membership Renewal**: Be aware that our memberships require a credit card on file unless other arraignments are made in advance. We will bill your credit card as your package credits run out whether that is monthly or sooner. We require a 3 month commitment. While you have the flexibility to cancel, please note that we do not offer refunds or pro-rating for memberships canceled. This policy is applied without exceptions.

3. **Non-Transferable Services**: Any services included in your membership that haven’t been used by the end of the month do not hold cash value. These unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. **Complimentary Bath Conditions**: As part of the VIP Club, a complimentary bath is included however, it is available by appointment only and subject to availability. Please note that the value of this complimentary bath cannot be applied as a discount or offset against other grooming services.

5. **Membership Exclusivity**: The membership benefits are exclusive to the dog enrolled in the program. It is important to understand that these benefits cannot be transferred to a different dog, even within the same family.

6. **Birthday Celebration Perks**: A delightful birthday celebration for your dog is part of our VIP membership package. This includes special birthday photos and a Frosty Paws Ice Cream to make their day extra special. Other Membership levels have the option to add on the Birthday celebration.

Dogs attending daycare must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. A negative fecal test is also required, and while Canine Influenza is optional, it is highly recommended. Puppies are only allowed once they are fully vaccinated.
