Terms and Conditions
Nobody likes rules but to keep everyone happy and safe, we have just a few things you should know.
- Automatic billing on the 1st of each month for the VIP only. An auto-renew form will need to be signed with a credit card on file
- 3 month commitment required on VIP, Platinum, Gold & Bronze
- Platinum, Gold & Bronze Memberships will automatically renew when your daycare credits are used unless cancelled before it is renewed
- All memberships are assigned to a specific pet and can not be shared with another pet
- If we are closed due to no fault of our own (weather, holiday etc), there will not be a refund for any missed day(s)
- Loss of Enrichment Club Membership: If your dog becomes a safety risk or if you do not pay, we will need to cancel your club membership
- Our Enrichment Club Members will be notified of any future updates, specials or changes in membership fees, services or terms via email, text or phone provided by the member
- Enrichment Club Membership “dues” are final and non-refundable. Services not redeemed do not carry any cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may cancel anytime but there are no refunds or pro-rating on club memberships. No exceptions
- We can not stack discounts so additional promo rates, any discounts may not be apply since Club Membership pricing is already discounted
- All charges (Enrichment Club Membership fees, lodging, additional services) will be charged to your credit card on file unless arrangements are made in advance
- Platinum, Gold &. Bronze Memberships do not carry over to the next month. We will give a 5 “business” day grace period to use on any unused Enrichment Daycare credits due to sickness or vacation. The VIP unlimited does not have a grace period. This doesn’t apply to any other benefits under your plan.
